Refund and Cancellation

In case you have decided to cancel your participation please note that virtual classrooms, like any other classrooms, have limited capacity. Demand for our classes is high and late cancellation prevent other students from obtaining a spot in the upcoming semester.

The below-mentioned refunds are the only ones that will be given to those who cancel their participation in a course. In the event that eTeacher decides to cancel a course (such a decision is completely at the discretion of management), the registrants’ payments will be fully reimbursed.

Group classes, private lessons and programs

100% Refund
(0% of course tuition due)

Up to and including 14 days from the date of registration unless your course has already started.

Partial Refund
(Partial % of course tuition due)

Programs:

75% refund of total price (25% of course tuition due) cancellation up until 4 weeks from registration.
50% refund of total price (50% of course tuition due) for cancellation between 4 weeks to 3 months from registration.
0% refund of total price (100% of course tuition due) for cancellation after 3 months from registration.

Adults:

75% refund of total price (25% of course tuition due) for cancellation up until before the 1st lesson.
50% refund of total price (50% of course tuition due) for cancellation between lesson 1 to 4.
0% refund of total price (100% of course tuition due) – for cancellation after lesson 4.

Kids:

100% refund of course price (0% course tuition due) up until the trial lesson.
75% refund of total price (25% of course tuition due) for cancelation between trial lesson to lesson 4.
50% refund of total price (50% of course tuition due) for cancellation between lessons 5 to 8.
0% refund of total price (100% of course tuition due) for cancellation after lesson 8.

Asynchronous Courses

100% Refund (0% of the course tuition due) up to and including 14 days from registration except if prior to cancellation any course material was utilized. Once course material is utilized there shall be no refund and 100% of the course tuition shall be due.

Private Lessons Package Expiration

Rescheduling and Accessibility

If you wish to reschedule a private lesson, please inform your instructor or eTeacher’s customer service department (service@eteachergroup.com) at least 12 hours ahead of the scheduled session. Lessons that were cancelled without advanced notification shall be deducted from the total number of hours that the student is entitled to. The private lessons package is valid for up to one year from the day of registration.

Equipment and Liability

Equipment

The eTeacher Group bears no responsibility for the student’s equipment (e.g., computer, modem, and speakers). In other words, you are exclusively responsible for the condition of your personal equipment and for performing the obligatory technical checks.

Wholesale Purchase

It is hereby clarified that this cancellation policy will not apply regarding wholesale purchases (e.g., purchase by a local authority). In such cases, a specific cancellation policy shall be agreed upon between the relevant Company at the relevant eTeacher Group entity and the wholesale purchaser.

Liability

The eTeacher Group hereby declares that the company’s liability for any student’s claim whatsoever is limited to the sum that he or she has paid for the course(s). Furthermore, the eTeacher Group shall not be held legally accountable for any and all indirect damage.
